With over 30 years of experience and more than 3,500 closed transactions, Wade brings unmatched knowledge and leadership to every deal. His accolades include being named RE/MAX #9 Team Worldwide, induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and recognition by Realtor Magazine as one of the Top 100 Teams in the USA. A licensed contractor since 1991 and a marketing graduate from Augsburg College (and former collegiate wrestler), Wade specializes in listings, buyer representation, investor sales, and new construction. In his free time, Wade enjoys golfing and playing pickleball.
