Wade Klick
With 30+ years of experience and over 3,500 transaction sides, Wade’s achievements include being named RE/MAX #9 Team Worldwide, inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and recognized by Realtor Magazine as one of the Top 100 Teams in the USA. A licensed contractor since 1991 with a marketing degree from Augsburg College (and a former collegiate wrestler), Wade specializes in listings, buyer representation, investor sales, new construction, and property management. In his free time, Wade enjoys golfing and playing pickleball.
Jeremy Klick
A 2023 graduate from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Real Estate Studies, Jeremy brings fresh energy and strategic thinking to the team. As a Division 1 baseball captain and College World Series All-Tournament Team member, his leadership and discipline carry over into real estate. Specializing in buyer representation, property management, and lead generation, Jeremy combines modern strategies with proven practices to deliver innovative solutions. He is also an avid sports enthusiast, both as a participant and a fan.
Deb Klick
With a finance degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Deb provides essential expertise in real estate and property management. As a licensed broker, she manages the team’s property portfolio while excelling in staging, accounting, tenant management, and data reporting for investors. Deb also loves spending her free time shelling on Florida’s beautiful beaches.
